We provide change management, compliance, process improvement, and governance advisory services to institutional clients across healthcare, financial services, nonprofit, local government, and higher education sectors.

Our website is located at fortestra.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through our website contact form. It does not govern information collected in the course of client engagements, which is addressed in our executed Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work.

We do not share your contact form information with any other third-party platform, vendor, or service provider for the purpose of processing your inquiry.

If an engagement proceeds, information related to that engagement is retained in accordance with the terms of our executed Master Services Agreement.

We take the security of your information seriously. We use reputable, industry-standard platforms (including HoneyBook) to receive and store contact form submissions. We do not transmit contact form data over unsecured channels, and we limit internal access to submitted information to personnel directly involved in evaluating and responding to inquiries.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we apply reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information submitted through our website.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Regardless of where you are located, you have the following rights with respect to information you submit through our contact form:
